I do like to follow the theme if possible but I thought I was going to have to give in because I searched through all my images but didn't find anything suitable. Then I had a lightbulb moment! I have just made a cracker treat box so I decided to show this instead. Not a Christmas card, I know, but still pertinent to the challenge.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><b>My Project</b></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGTSci0XrUqWwt8JXV2U6C3CO9eKqcbvyEyJmN7NPRtRIPxX1_ppUbIF35BuQtuevw3VMvaTQKw45sDNC_Rcz-wUFLyiXUTBSXq0MZ3YIMt2J8_0J64Uiyl7DSMnGtw9RmQbjRf1PDwxwfWfDF8KCKsRrpokx6Sc23VM7sAtrbAL0TyAK7yYijTi9HWg/s2022/cracker%20treat%20box%201.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1146" data-original-width="2022" height="226" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGTSci0XrUqWwt8JXV2U6C3CO9eKqcbvyEyJmN7NPRtRIPxX1_ppUbIF35BuQtuevw3VMvaTQKw45sDNC_Rcz-wUFLyiXUTBSXq0MZ3YIMt2J8_0J64Uiyl7DSMnGtw9RmQbjRf1PDwxwfWfDF8KCKsRrpokx6Sc23VM7sAtrbAL0TyAK7yYijTi9HWg/w400-h226/cracker%20treat%20box%201.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLrHrLtw3RMxcye4nILSOrq06O5SpkO3FAnGXezKBw5Hot2tE-wDOMk0xsFBICiFNUmvHA528kUCgxgncnIHG4sBYrkRYReYzV-CkLNpWgyr66NnJuNbZyvJ1jTlitq9QJSYuN4hMGn1QPmwdf6E8K34CFr27VIfC8nAN6Iv1TUdt5OesjOspyBVggEQ/s2004/cracker%20treat%20box%202.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1286" data-original-width="2004" height="256" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLrHrLtw3RMxcye4nILSOrq06O5SpkO3FAnGXezKBw5Hot2tE-wDOMk0xsFBICiFNUmvHA528kUCgxgncnIHG4sBYrkRYReYzV-CkLNpWgyr66NnJuNbZyvJ1jTlitq9QJSYuN4hMGn1QPmwdf6E8K34CFr27VIfC8nAN6Iv1TUdt5OesjOspyBVggEQ/w400-h256/cracker%20treat%20box%202.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: left;">I have had this Tonic Studios set of dies for a number of years and haven't used it for years either. Easy peasy.</p><p>Take care and enjoy your day.</p><p><br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHcipIk8t-L6hmqdxCA9BxIHxSyzJZQQ5cwPRLih_jrcLeHyow5A4KyWsm0_9ucsvtEQsyIlvRUP3XbdlXeM8oXjfaYqmPZs_Lf1H9TJNuaO9PEGkgchUjVv2icWxvhkTqLAZMs8WLn4BV-REoHWSy8RvdSoSX8uwmyE76bXrxL1i52cqKvCuvr2swtw/s1399/Christine%202a.PNG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="223" data-original-width="1399" height="64" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHcipIk8t-L6hmqdxCA9BxIHxSyzJZQQ5cwPRLih_jrcLeHyow5A4KyWsm0_9ucsvtEQsyIlvRUP3XbdlXeM8oXjfaYqmPZs_Lf1H9TJNuaO9PEGkgchUjVv2icWxvhkTqLAZMs8WLn4BV-REoHWSy8RvdSoSX8uwmyE76bXrxL1i52cqKvCuvr2swtw/w400-h64/Christine%202a.PNG" width="400" /></a></div><br /><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4207943574649103830.post-42779231525734949742022-10-16T07:00:00.001+01:002022-10-16T07:00:00.209+01:00Snowglobes for Christmas Card Club.<p> The theme for Challenge # 21 is Snowglobes and has been chosen by Gwen.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><b>My Car</b>d</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipEpDty1MJedn8fdQmcxrIBwod5v0ke-VQgBWiPqqKETNVEbehZOcM9GhRmfkaW-P2pmaUg8HU9gBDv7GEBuJUXYnAVY23FquTLyUuMHxlzxzw-EjNEUxY_-nT5uU-Y5LnlbOW8MPXEARlESSjxtnVYzEBDqFdwWMjDxxgijg0Ih2D-Ka6JS6Wl6j6cw/s1570/snowglobe.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1570" data-original-width="1358" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEipEpDty1MJedn8fdQmcxrIBwod5v0ke-VQgBWiPqqKETNVEbehZOcM9GhRmfkaW-P2pmaUg8HU9gBDv7GEBuJUXYnAVY23FquTLyUuMHxlzxzw-EjNEUxY_-nT5uU-Y5LnlbOW8MPXEARlESSjxtnVYzEBDqFdwWMjDxxgijg0Ih2D-Ka6JS6Wl6j6cw/w346-h400/snowglobe.jpg" width="346" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: left;">I have used a Snowglobe die from The Works. As always the challenge is Anything Goes but there is also a twist which you can follow if you like to give yourself a bit of challenge. In honour of the rich
vibrancy of October, the challenge is to <b>use one or more of the following colours in your design: INTENSE ORANGES, DEEP REDS, RICH BROWNS, WARM GREENS, VIVID PURPLES</b>. </p><p style="text-align: center;"><b>My Card </b></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZ_geeV3MBcM2uYdi_1HxzUzKVYDj-r4bPcGLnzYv0nzkIUt2ymGdA8BcasL8QO9xvarIEf3dA3_8GDcyzwn-qM1ifb8fidTQenMAG5HmXryr0mZ81ZsaCmOXal2gylaJQVp8uoTlwj1kXdbcXDAjS-MRUYzBOtTjqeOT_o4HYQquLKQfJmF-wG_Xu2A/s1759/the%20most%20wonderful%20night%20of%20the%20year.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1759" data-original-width="1723" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZ_geeV3MBcM2uYdi_1HxzUzKVYDj-r4bPcGLnzYv0nzkIUt2ymGdA8BcasL8QO9xvarIEf3dA3_8GDcyzwn-qM1ifb8fidTQenMAG5HmXryr0mZ81ZsaCmOXal2gylaJQVp8uoTlwj1kXdbcXDAjS-MRUYzBOtTjqeOT_o4HYQquLKQfJmF-wG_Xu2A/w391-h400/the%20most%20wonderful%20night%20of%20the%20year.jpg" width="391" /></a></div><br /><p style="text-align: left;">I chose to use shades of green as my signature colour with mirror card being the most dominant and giving that warm glow. I used John Next Door's Christmas Wreath Twig die set. My card is a 6" square base card and I just added some cream poinsettias to lift it. The stamped sentiment is from Two Jays and stamped with pine green ink.</p><p style="text-align: left;"></p><p style="text-align: left;">Why not pop across to the blog and check out the cards by the other Sleigh Belles and then on the 15th drop by again and check out the work of the Merry Maidens. I missed the last challenge two weeks ago because we booked a late holiday - first time away since before lockdown. We went to a cottage on a farm in Suffolk which was fabulous and great scenery from the cottage - including the llamas and horses. The weather was also very hot so we we were lucky. When we got home we found there had been some rain which fillled a couple of our water butts - very much needed!!<br /></p><p style="margin-left: 40px; text-align: center;"><b>My Card</b></p><p style="margin-left: 40px; text-align: center;"><b></b></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><b><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVNM7rGZFPElbVqB54prbHuM-5JkLutAuxenHrROT_Kn2EUDPovpWV8G9bOaj3FBNhsTaVTsxNZrKOMiF4kPUgR94KMnvdPDAQ1mbfqyAL1-U-MzJKOsh_RYpq-DkFjBrj8vuL-I8K4dNJsf7gHBdhYpJzQdvgWYp4SrHdYKeZIsm9RYa14IDuiw07xw/s1600/Christmas%20tree%201.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1598" data-original-width="1600" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVNM7rGZFPElbVqB54prbHuM-5JkLutAuxenHrROT_Kn2EUDPovpWV8G9bOaj3FBNhsTaVTsxNZrKOMiF4kPUgR94KMnvdPDAQ1mbfqyAL1-U-MzJKOsh_RYpq-DkFjBrj8vuL-I8K4dNJsf7gHBdhYpJzQdvgWYp4SrHdYKeZIsm9RYa14IDuiw07xw/w400-h400/Christmas%20tree%201.jpg" width="400" /></a></b></div><b><br /></b><p></p><div style="text-align: left;">

My card is 6" x 6". The backing papers are from Me To You "Winter
Wonderland" which I have had for a few years and now am starting to use
up some old stash. An LOTV topper
from many years ago. I die cut the tree with Dees Distinctively
A Cut Above (what a mouthful that is!) and used glitter card - yet
more very old stash. The sentiment circle is from Craftwork Cards and
the pearls are from my stash. It's flat enough for posting I think so I
stopped myself from adding too much in the way of embellishments.</div><div style="text-align: left;"> </div><div style="text-align: left;">Have a good day. <br /></div><p style="margin-left: 40px; text-align: center;"><b> </b></p>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4207943574649103830.post-46946120235829944612022-08-28T08:58:00.003+01:002022-08-28T08:58:52.544+01:00Birthday at IAAS<p> Good morning and time for a new challenge at IAAS. upgraded to Windows 10 with a new computer. John has set it up again for
me this morning so I can use Blogger, gmail etc at least. He has removed the hard disc from my machine and has been working on it for the past couple of days but it appears to be kaput. Sadly I have not saved the last couple of years work to my external hard disc so I have lost all my photos, pictures, digi images etc. Please, please do be sure to save your work on a regular basis to an external source.
