Relax

Hi blog friends

Well we are once again totally snowed in! Managed to dig ourselves out on Monday to go to the hospital, and whilst John was "otherwise occupied" I nipped to Sainsbury's to stock up on some fresh produce. Just as well - they didn't predict last night's huge snowfall!! Ah well, it could be worse. We've plenty of food and plenty of wood!!

My Card

Click on image to enlarge picture

This is a very simple card using an LOTV topper diecut with Spellbinders Labels 16. The spotted paper was  from my bit box but I'm sure it is Papermania Capsule Collection. The felt buttons are from Hobbycraft and the sentiment is computer generated and diecut with Spellbinders Lacy Circles.

John has dug out a path to the wood store and another to the bird feeding station so my feathered friends can still visit the All Day Buffet and be assured of some grub!!

Well that's it for today. Keep warm and safe if you have the dreaded white stuff!!

Love and hugs from Christine xx

  9. Poor you Christine, being snowed in again. We are lucky it's snowed but not enough to stop us getting out. Another beautifull card. Keep safe and warm. Hazel

  11. Hi Christine,
superb card and image. Love every bit of it. Fabulous design too.
So sorry to hear of your snow. I too went to the hospital today
for my check up on my eyes. Two and half hours later we started back home. How can it take all that time to do a few small tests.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

  12. This is a beautiful card Christine - lovely colours and topper. I am so glad you managed to get out and that John got to the hospital. We've only had one lot of snow so far and I am not, repeat not, complaining .... much! I knew we were running out of bird food (apart from the extras they have) so ordered 3 big bags - it finally came today so my birdies won't go hungry - as if.

    Big hugs Sue Pxxx
