The Holly and the Ivy for Christmas Card Club

Good morning.  Time for our little club to make another card in our quest to making our lives simpler by making our Christmas cards all year round.  I am a day early posting this card because I have a another DT card due tomorrow and I don't like to post twice on the same day.

I usually try to make more than one card so that my stash mounts up but I have had a nasty flu-type virus for the last two weeks and I am still unwell so only one card today.

Our host is Elizabeth and she wants to see Holly and/or Ivy.  My image shows both.

My Card

Recipe
image - from my digital stash
Notched square corner dies - Crafts Too
green card - from stash
pearls - Tonic Nuvo Drops

I really like the CAS effect of this  card so decided that less is more and here it is.

If you want to check out the rest of CCC cards you will find their blogs on my sidebar.

Take care and enjoy your weekend.

  11. Sorry to hear that you are still under the weather with this bug going the rounds. Our roof was covered in frost/Ryme this morning. Really thick. The sun is out and shinning on the end of the garden so sat in the summerhouse enjoying the warmth. Your card looks lovely. The old fashioned letters are perfect with the ivy trails. Hugs Mrs A.
