Add Diamante for MAWTT

Good morning and here we on April Fool's Day. Be careful not to get caught out. It's Mrs Duck's turn to choose the theme at MAWTT and she wants to see diamante on your project.

I know I have some lovely diamante buckles that would have been great with ribbon threaded through. They would have been ...... if only I could find them!!!!!

My Card

Recipe
7" square base card
pink pearlescent card - stash
rose gold glitter card - Hobbycraft
image - Hunkdory
border e/f Big Dot Little Dot - Tattered Lace
pink shimmer gems - Hobbycraft

I love this pretty art deco lady in  her lovely gown. The border embossing folders are a pack of four and were a gift. I must admit I really like this one but I don't buy Tattered Lace I'm afraid because they seem to me to be over priced and if I'm honest the majority are too fussy for my taste.

Please take a wander over to the blog and check out what my team mates have contributed to the challenge.

Hope you are managing to keep yourselves occupied and staying safe and well.

Take care.

Happy crafting.

Not Square or Rectangular

Good morning and here I am again, this time with my DT card for International Art and Soul.  The remit is for your to be anything other than square or rectangular.

My Card

Recipe
Snow dome card blank ? Tattered Lace
Reindeer and Sleigh - Tattered Lace dies
Merry Christmas Die - Yvonne Creations
Snowstorm acetate - stash
snowflakes - Woodware punch
Backing paper - from my digi paper file
gems - from Stash

I found this card blank in the bottom of a drawer and I have no idea where I got it from. After looking on Ebay I am sure it is from Tattered Lace.   A friend gave me the diecuts of the reindeer and sleigh - I don't buy Tattered Lace because they are so expensive - so I just added lots of sparkle to them.

Please pop over to IAAS and checkout the projects from the rest of the team.

This was very difficult to photograph because the acetate kept picking up the light.  It is quite dark but when I used flash I got a lovely flash of light in the acetate. Anyway, you've got the idea I'm sure.

Take care and enjoy the rest of the weekend.
