Good morning. I am very late for my club card this time. Usually I am a day early and now I am actually two days late.
Card 1
Recipe
6" square card base
red card - Rymans
DP - Papermania - Home For Christmas
Crafts Too snowflake embossing folder
Marvellous Squares die - Spellbinders
Snow flake die - SB Create-a-Flake 4 or 5(was already cut)
Little Ivy stamp - LOTV
sentiment stamp - magazine freebie ages ago
pearls from stash.
Promarkers to colour.
No matter what I did it was impossible to see that the white card at the left side was embossed with snowflakes! Just had to glitter on her wings - all angels need a bit of glitter.
Card 2
My second card was computer generated and is one layer. I was quite pleased with myself that I managed to merge everything and even got the colours to fade. This will be for a friend who is a devout Roman Catholic and I know this is the only type of Christmas card she would appreciate. Unfortunately there appears to be a line showing through the side of the card which is not on the actual card so perhaps the camera picked up something I'm not aware of.
Well the sun is shining here although it is very nippy still. Hope you had a good Bank Holiday weekend.
Take care!

Not to worry about being a little later than usual and anyway you have more than made up for it by creating two gorgeous cards. Love the red and white of the first one with it's beautiful design.

Hi Christine,
2 wonderful makes for your Christmas Club.
The first is has such an adorable image, and the papers are fab they look like a cut out design.
The 2nd is just right for a Roman Catholic as you say.
Love and biggest hugs from my house to yours.

Two fabulous cards Christine x
Hi Christine
Great cards. I lean more towards the first one as you have used one of my favourite Christmas paper pads.
Best wishes.

I love the red card the best - there is something about the pretty patterns and red that seem to create a dance!

These are both so perfect for Mary's challenge. Certainly is a mystery as to where the fine line has appeared from but hopefully you cant detect it on the actual card itself. Just managing to get round everyone to comment. This flu virus is a real nasty and leaves you feeling so weak. Hugs Mrs A.
Oh well worth the wait for these 2 beauties. I will confess I love, love #1 best with this sweet angel, and the red & white. #2 is equally pretty and I love the idea of the flat easier mailing as a big bonus! (I happen to love red and angels, so maybe that's why No. 1 had me when it scrolled up! LOL). Well done, Christine. TFS
